We will convert organic waste streams — apple pomace, spent grain, food byproducts — into high-protein BSF meal, larvae oil, and frass fertilizer. Zero-waste by design, launching Summer 2027.
Land-Based RAS Salmon
Our modular recirculating aquaculture systems will produce steelhead trout and coho salmon year-round in Yakima Valley — no ocean, no net pens, less dependent on fish meal replaced by BSF. Coming Summer 2027.

Every product will originate within Washington State. Shorter supply chains, traceable provenance, and direct relationships with regional feed buyers and distributors.
